Welcome to the Pinecliff Lake Community Club. We hope you enjoy and participate fully in the many activities available to members. Please remember that PLCC is a private organization and that all facilities, including the beach, the lake and one foot of the land around the lake are owned by the club and may be used only by the members and their eligible guests.

PLCC is an organized group of neighbors led by an elected, volunteer board of directors. The lake and facilities are set in the Bearfort Mountains range of the Highlands area of Northern New Jersey. The club facilities are located in the town center area of West Milford Township.

The purpose of PLCC is:

  • To improve the condition and value of PLCC assets, enhancing property value for the surrounding homeowners.
  • Be a friendly and supportive group of neighbors providing facilities for gathering.
  • To be an association that all Pinecliff residents see value in belonging to.
  • Provide fun activities where the neighbors can enjoy the beauty of the lake and Bearfort Mountains.
  • Provide activities to promote meeting and socialization of members in a relaxed atmosphere.

    This will be accomplished by:

  • Ensuring the Lake remains attractive for boating, fishing and swimming.
  • Maintaining a continuously clean and freshened beach and clubhouse facilities.
  • Providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all members and potential members.
  • Preserving the property PLCC owns on Bearfort Mountain.
  • Ensuring that the board of directors provides administration, which is positive, fair and effective.
  • Encouraging all PLCC members to participate in meetings, important decisions and volunteer to help the organization meet its goals.
